Your customers are charged a local call rate to contact you from anywhere in the UK. These are ideal for any business with direct sales, order taking, customer service, help or advice line departments. Providing customers with a subsidised telephone call will stimulate new calls and responses. It is user-friendly, a good alternative to freephone numbers and is often used in situations where a freephone call may be abused.

Callers are charged a national call rate to call you from anywhere in the UK. These are ideal for any business wanting to establish a national presence on a single number, fund a telephone customer service or sell low margin products. You earn an agreed commission on the calls generated. At the end of each month we send you a statement of calls you have received and the money you have earned.

These numbers were introduced by BT as a compromise between 0870 and Premium Rate number services. Callers are charged up to 10p per minute to call you from anywhere in the UK. These have the same advantages as 0870 but you earn a greater commission on the calls generated, especially during out of hours and weekends. These may be used for help and advice services where a high proportion of calls are received and which could not generate profitably. At the end of each month we send you a statement of calls you have received and the money you have earned.

Premium Rate Numbers
This will allow your business to earn money from receiving calls. Premium rate numbers are rated from 10 pence per minute up to £1.50 per minute to the caller. These are ideal for support lines, call centres, competition lines, and premium rate fax numbers. At the end of each month we send you a statement of calls you have received and the money you have earned.
